My equipment is blocked, it is not updating anymore

My equipment is no longer able to update, I need to do this update to release some functions. The version I want to put is 67.[04]. Before it started the car normally, but it didn't unlock the doors. My car is a 2017 Jetta (3 plug BCM) Push-to-start
